Traci Weiss is an AV-rated attorney with over 20 years of civil litigation experience. After working for nearly two decades with a larger Atlanta family law firm, Traci started Weiss Family Law so she can best serve her clients’ interests with a focus on a reasonable, honest approach toward optimum results. Prior to that, Traci worked as a litigator for firms including Warner Bates and Drew, Eckl & Farnham, LLP. Traci’s practice is exclusively dedicated to family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, paternity, legitimation, annulment, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, enforcement of court orders, and modification actions. For her, practicing family law is all about the people. Traci also serves as a Guardian ad Litem (both privately and also through GAL lists through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation as well as the Cobb County courts). Guardians ad Litem serve as officers of the court appointed by judges or agreement of parties to represent the best interests of minor children in sensitive child custody matters.
